MXCAP is a real estate equity firm that invests in multifamily development and value acquisition opportunities in high-growth markets in the southwestern United States, primarily in Texas.
Our preferential relationships with proven developers allow investors early access to high-quality deals in prime locations. We leverage years of experience in real estate and finance to carefully evaluate every opportunity and match our clients on a deal-by-deal basis with the projects that best meet their needs.

Jorge Alberto Sánchez Salinas
Founder & Principal
As the founder and principal of MXCAP, Mr. Sánchez's mission is to unite Mexican-based investors with the most ideal real estate opportunities in the United States.
Prior to MXCAP, Mr. Sanchez served as Desarrollos Delta’s Coordinator of Finance for its International Portfolio, where he oversaw the financial reporting of all assets from acquisition through deposition.
Mr. Sánchez earned a BBA from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
